Returns & Refund Policy

At Cocoella Scents, every wax melt is hand-poured with care. Due to the nature of our home fragrance products, we are unable to accept returns on any wax melts that have been opened, used, melted, damaged, or removed from their original packaging.

For hygiene, safety and quality control reasons, we cannot resell opened or used wax melts.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • In a resellable condition

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked postage service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the post.

Once your return has been received and checked, we will process your refund for the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened wax melts
  • Used wax melts
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Products removed from their original packaging
  • Custom, personalised or made-to-order items
  • Sale or clearance items, unless faulty

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If the item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Scent Preference

Please note that scent strength and fragrance preference can vary from person to person. A dislike of a scent or a scent smelling different than expected does not count as a fault.
