Shipping Policy

At Cocoella Scents, we aim to pack and dispatch all standard orders within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Orders are sent using a trackable Royal Mail or DPD delivery service, so you can keep updated with your parcel once it has been dispatched.

We also offer local delivery within selected local areas for a small fee of £5.

Processing Times

We aim to dispatch standard orders within 24 hours, excluding weekends, bank holidays or any unexpected delays.

Monthly Limited Edition Wax Melt Boxes are shipped after the 6th of each month.

During busy periods, launches, restocks or seasonal times, dispatch may take slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order sent as quickly as possible.

Our Monthly Limited Edition Wax Melt Boxes are shipped after the 6th of each month.

Please note, if your order includes a monthly box and other items, your full order may be shipped together after the 6th unless arranged otherwise.

Monthly boxes are not a subscription and can be purchased as a one-off box each month.

The delivery service used may depend on the size, weight and value of your order.

Local Delivery

Local delivery is available within selected local areas for a £5 delivery fee.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If your address is outside our local delivery area, your order may need to be sent by Royal Mail or DPD instead.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available. Please allow time for tracking to update after your parcel has been collected or scanned by the courier.

Delivery Delays

Once your parcel has been handed over to Royal Mail or DPD, delivery times are outwith our control. We are not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, busy periods, strikes, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our control.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. Cocoella Scents cannot be held responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any additional postage costs to resend the parcel.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
